Insurance & Medicare Information

Balanced Living LLC operates as an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies and as an unenrolled Medicare provider.
 

This means that while our licensed physical therapist provides evidence-based, high-quality care, we do not bill insurance or Medicare directly. Clients are responsible for payment at the time of service.
 

We’ve chosen this model intentionally. Insurance and Medicare programs have onerous technical and administrative requirements that must be met for services to be deemed “medically necessary” and covered. These requirements often limit both the type and duration of care, and they take valuable time away from what matters most — personalized, hands-on care that gets real results, fast.
 

Additionally, some of the services we offer — such as dry needling, cupping, and integrative treatment approaches — are not covered by Medicare and may not be eligible for insurance reimbursement.
 

By remaining out of network, we’re able to:
